Since 2005 Air Duct Pros, Inc. has provided the highest quality air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services to over five thousand homeowners in MD. Located in Baltimore, MD we are a family owned and operated A+ BBB rated corporation with flat rate pricing and are CRMR certified by the American Council for Accredited Certification. Our only business is air duct cleaning and we take what we do very serious, we started this company to be the opposite of the bait and switch duct cleaning companies. Unlike others, we do not use subcontractors or do part time carpet cleaning, chimneycleaning or gutter cleaning. Our only crew is led by the owner Duane Loverde and his helper and they are thoroughly trained in the most up to date and effective source removal cleaning methods in the industry.
All Air Duct Cleaning companies are NOT the Same!
1. Do You SPECIALIZE in Air Duct Cleaning and use proper equipment?
Watch out for, “ We specialize in a lot of things... carpet cleaning, chimney sweeping or heating and cooling!” What they really mean is - “No we don’t.”, Air Duct Pros, Inc. focuses only on Air Duct Cleaning and uses a two man crew run by the owner and we use the Nikro #HP20 because it is more powerful than an electric powered unit and offers more mobility than traditional truck and trailer-mounted units.
2. Is the PRICE your quoting really the total price and is there any guarantee? Beware of Bait and Switch Companies!
Our pricing is flat rates with no hidden charges and was $349, now $329 for a residential one system home, additional systems are priced at $279 with no hidden charges in Baltimore, Howard and Anne Arundel Counties in MD
“How come you guys are so expensive? I’m looking at a coupon right now and this company’s offering to do the same work for less than half of Air Duct Pros price!” Our prices will not change, visit Bait and Switch Page for more information. Never choose a company solely for being the lowest or best priced. Professional duct cleaning is not cheap. All of our prices have no hidden charges and are flat rates based on the number of systems you have.
Blow and Go Companies
Tthese are companies that have put a black mark on legitimate professional air duct cleaners. Blow and Go stands for just that...Companies that are Blow and Go are mostly all sub-contracted. Most of the time they won't tell you the truth so you'll need to use your own judgment when they arrive. Look at the uniform (if they even have one), company truck (some even use cars or minivans, which should be a red flag). Look to see if anything they have besides invoices are from the company you called. Your best bet?? Stick with a company that offers NO CONTRACTORS and stay away form low price duct cleaners trying to lure you in.(If you have knowledge of a practicing “blow-and-go” air duct cleaner, contact your local Better Business Bureau to report the company, and your local, federal, and state elected officials to demand legislation.)

6. Do you use the correct Air Duct Cleaning Process? Yes
Some of our competitors claim, "We don't cut into your system!" Do you have to cut into my ductwork? Answer: Yes
Think of it this way.. if you want to paint a room, you have to go inside the room to do it. If you want to clean ductwork properly, you have to be able to access the inside of it to do that. Cutting an access hole to attach the vacuum hose then working everything to that one connection point is more efficient than going from vent to vent with the vacuum hose, that method will not get all the debris, and may stir up irritants that could come back into your home when the system is turned back on. Any access opening made in your ductwork should be sealed in a manner that returns the ductwork to the same condition.
7. Can I Talk to the Owner if I Have a Problem? Yes
Yes, just call or text 410-536-1273 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org , so you can convey directly to the owner of Air Duct Pros, Inc. how you feel about the service you received.
Do you provide a WRITTEN GUARANTEE? Yes
A written “Service Guarantee” spelling out what you can expect from the company before, during and after the job is complete. Demand a written list that you can use to check their work and be assured your investment is protected. Air Duct Pros, Inc. has a 30 day guarantee on all work unless otherwise stated and IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS and shall not be liable for any HVAC system operation issues, damages resulting from improper installation of duct work, dryer vent runs, cables, wiring, and are not responsible for marks, peeling or chipping of paint due to removal/installation of vent covers.
