    Sanitizer is not always recommended for application in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. We use EnviroCon which is Specific to the HVAC industry, and is highly effective in eliminating odor-causing microorganisms as well as those associated with mold, mildew and bacterial growth.

    A total ventilation system cleaning should be performed every 3-5 years Customers who have the following might also want to consider more frequent cleanings: Pets that shed high amounts of hair and dander Water contamination or damage, Residents with allergies or asthma After home renovations or remodeling, Prior to occupancy of a new home

    How long does a typical air duct cleaning take?
    We ask for at least 2 hours in your home so that we can ensure that our expert technicians have provided the best air duct cleaning service

    Is the process messy?
    Absolutely not. All of our gas powered equipment is located outside, so the dirt is pulled to the machine outside and out of your home. Our procedures are designed to protect your home and furnishings from dust/dirt and we always leave the home cleaner then when we arrived.

    Does the contractor posses the proper Licenses that are required by your city or state to perform the work they are proposing?
    (Not all cities or states require licenses) Maryland does not require a license for Air Duct Cleaning at this time and one cannot be obtained

    Absolutely not. While our equipment is designed to be aggressive at removing debris from your air system, it is also gentle enough so that it does not damage your air ducts.

    How do I know if my duct work needs cleaning?
    If you don’t remember ever having your ductwork cleaned or if you haven’t within the past 5 years, it’s probably time. If your ductwork has been cleaned in the past, you will typically find access panels installed on the supply and return main lines near the furnace.

    How do I know if my duct work needs cleaning?
    Does anyone in your home have allergies, asthma, or other respiratory problems? Does anyone in your family suffer from headaches, nasal congestion or other sinus problems at night or in the morning? Is there a smoker in the house? Do you have dogs, cats or other pets in your home? Do you notice "musty" or "stale" odors when the heater or a/c is on? Do you notice dust on your furniture shortly after cleaning? Does it seem like there is not enough airflow coming from your vents?

Fine Print:
-Cannot service all apartments or systems/units located on or above the 3rd floor, on the roof or a small crawlspace
-We need access to your driveway or parking either right in front or the back of your home
-We need access to your system/unit and also need to be able to stand in front of all the vent registers in your home connected to the system being cleaned, homeowner is responsible for showing our techs all vent registers and trunk lines, our techs do not move heavy furniture or fragile items, our 8" round hoses need to come through either a window or door closest to your unit, an access hole needs to be created in your trunk lines and will be sealed when finished
-Offer valid for single system only, additional systems are charged at a flat rate of $279 each, for example 2 Systems would be, $329+$279, 3 Systems would be, $329+$279+$279
-Offer does not include EnviroCon service; is available at a flat rate of $100 per system
-Dryer vent cleaning is not included and can be added on the day of service for an additional $75 and includes cleaning from where the vent exhausts outside to where it connects to the back of the dryer and we cannot handle dryer vents that exhaust out over 20ft off of the ground, on the roof or under a deck
